Before your visit

To help keep appointments calm and comfortable, please don't bring extra children along — only the person being pierced should join you inside the studio.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

At The Piercing Bar Studio, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Because we are an appointment-only studio, missed appointments prevent other families from booking during that time.

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-show appointments will forfeit any booking fee or deposit.
• If you are running late, please text us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on the day's schedule.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full prepayment to book future appointments or may result in being unable to schedule future appointments.
• We understand emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you.
